  • Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

  • Do you have a variety of bridal gown styles and sizes available?
    Yes, we do! We have over 300 gowns in stock, all priced under $3,000. (most of our local inventory is under $1000)
  • Do you offer alterations in-house?
    No, we do not offer alterations in-house at LD Couture. However, we can refer you to a recommended tailor in the area.
  • How far in advance should I order my wedding dress
    We recommend ordering your wedding dress at least 6-8 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for the dress to be ordered, altered and delivered to you. If you need your dress sooner than that, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Can I customize my wedding dress
    Yes, at LD Couture we understand that each bride is unique and that their wedding dress should reflect that. We are pleased to offer our customers the option to customize their wedding dress with different colors, fabrics, and/or embellishments. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
  • What is the deposit and payment schedule for ordering a dress from LD Couture
    When ordering a dress from LD Couture, you can choose to either pay in full upfront or make up to 3 payments. The first payment is non-refundable.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    At LD Couture, we understand how important it is to find the perfect gown for your special day. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer A full refund minus shipping cost and a restocking fee of $175 will be applied for all gowns under $600. If you would like to return or exchange a gown, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to arrange for a return or exchange. All sales are final for gowns over $600. Restocking fee: $175 Exchange fee: $175
